This past fall 33 local government leaders, educators, business people and community leaders from the San Luis Valley met in Alamosa to discuss the state and local impacts caused by the interaction of the Gallagher Amendment, TABOR and Amendment 23.  The Alamosa Report provides the poll data from each question participants were asked during the event.
