On February 12th, 64 local government leaders, educators, business people, and community leaders from Boulder, Broomfield, and Adams Counties met to discuss the state and local impacts caused by the interaction of the Gallagher Amendment, TABOR, and Amendment 23.  The Boulder Report contains polling data from each question participants were asked during the event.  The Initiative Feedback link contains the comments received from participants after discussing the various proposals to reform the fiscal situation.
