This past fall 54 local government leaders, educators, business people and community leaders from Southwestern Colorado met in Durango to discuss the state and local impacts caused by the interaction of the Gallagher Amendment, TABOR and Amendment 23.  The Durango Report link provides the polling data from each question participants were asked during the event.  The Initiative Feedback link lists the comments received from participants after discussing the various proposals to reform the fiscal situation.
