This past fall 68 local government leaders, educators, business people and community leaders from El Paso and Teller Counties met in Colorado Springs to discuss the state and local impacts caused by the interaction of the Gallagher Amendment, TABOR, and Amendment 23.  The Colorado Springs Report link provides the polling data from each question participants were asked during the event.
